fabricated shipping skids to provide maximum protection to your product while
in transit.
All our products are new and come with their original manufacturers packaging
and warranty. We do not sell seconds or damaged products.

YOUR ORDER WILL BE DELIVERED TO YOUR
HOME BY A LARGE 48 FOOT DELIVERY TRUCK. YOUR HOME MUST BE ACCESSIBLE BY OUR
DELIVERY TRUCK! YOU MUST BE HOME TO UNLOAD YOUR SHIPMENT. IT IS YOUR
RESPONSIBILITY TO UNLOAD THE SHIPMENT FROM BACK OF THE TRUCK. DRIVER WILL NOT
UNLOAD YOUR SHIPMENT UNLESS YOU PAY ADDITIONAL FEES.

If your home is not accessible by our delivery
truck, YOU MAY PICK UP YOUR SHIPMENT FROM THE TRUCKING COMPANY
TERMINAL. You will not receive any discounts or
reimbursements for picking up your shipment from the trucking terminal.
|
|
|
|
All your items that are in stock will be
processed within two to five business days from the date of order. Please allow
3 to 10 business days for the truck line transit time.
|
|
|
|
|
After
the order is placed on the web you will receive an automated email confirmation
of the order.
|
|
|
|
|
After the credit card is processed you will receive another
email with an invoice and the amount that was charged.
|
|
|
 |
Day after the shipment left the warehouse; you will receive
another email with a tracking number and carrier (trucking company) name.
|

 |
If you require the carrier (trucking company) to come to your
shipping address at a particular time or date, you need to contact the carrier
with the tracking number and make arrangements with the carrier. Internet
Floors do not make appointments for the carrier delivery.

We use only reputable trucking companies with good service
standards. Any disputes with the trucking company need to be filed with the
trucking company, not with Internet Floors.
|

 |
We strongly recommend that you DO NOT schedule your
installers until you receive the entire order. If the
shipment is damaged or delivered late due to unknown reasons, it will create
problems with installers. Our agents can only give approx. delivery times,
but cannot guarantee the exact time and date. Once you
obtain the tracking number, you can call the carrier and make the appointments
for time and date.

You need to report any damages or order discrepancies within
14 days from the date of receipt. we will not entertain any claims that were
not reported within 14 day period.

Return authorization number has to be obtained within 21 days
from the date of receipt. No returns will be accepted after 21 days.

We accept all major credit cards,cashier checks and money
orders. For Personal Checks please allow 10 extra business days for processing.

Product availability is based on information supplied by the
Manufacturer/Distributor and is subject to change if the
Manufacturer/Distributor is unable to meet their estimated delivery dates.

THINGS
YOU NEED TO PAY ATTENTION TO FROM THE TRUCKING COMPANIES:
|
|
|
|
1. Some trucking companies charge additional fees for lift
gate usage. If you do not require that service, ask the carrier not to use lift
gate.
|
|
|
|
2. Some trucking companies try to charge additional
accessorial charges. Let them know that you are not paying for any additional
charges other than what was pre-paid by shipper (Internet floors Inc).
|
|
|
|
3. It is not the trucking companies’ responsibility to take
the freight to your garage or inside the house. Trucking companies in general
charge additional amount to take the boxes inside your home or garage. That is
why we strongly suggest that you must be home to unload your shipment from the
truck. All flooring comes in boxes. Depends on the manufacturer, boxes weigh
approximately 30 to 50 lbs a box.

THE
FOLLOWING ARE IMPORTANT THINGS YOU MUST DO AT THE TIME YOUR PRODUCT IS
DELIVERED. |

Check the Product To Be Sure You Have Received the Correct
Material and Quantity Ordered. If There Is Product Missing You Must Note The Missing
Items On The Delivery Receipt.

Inspect The Product For Damage. You Should Look For Such
Things As Dents Or Gouges, Rounded Corners, Broken Containers, Etc. Any Product
That Is Damaged Must Be Noted On The Delivery Receipt And
Signed By Both You And The Person Delivering The Product. If No Damages Are
Noted On The Delivery Receipt, Internetfloors.Com Cannot Be Held Responsible
For Any Damages Or Shortages That Occur.

In the unlikely event that your order is damaged in shipment
or product is missing and it has been noted on the delivery receipt, signed by
both the person inspecting the product and the person delivering the product,
there will not be any difficulties in replacing the damaged or missing
product.

ORDER
CANCELLATIONS |
|
If for any reason you need to cancel your order with
InternetFloors.com you will need to contact us at 1-888-872-1555
as soon as possible. Do not email your request; you need to talk to one of our
Customer Service Representatives to obtain authorization number.
|
|
There will be a re-stocking fee of 20% on all cancelled
orders. If the product has already been shipped you will need to make
arrangements to return it to InternetFloors.com.
|
|
You will be responsible for the cost of shipping to and from
the scheduled destination. Product must be returned on the skid that it was
shipped on and in the same condition that it was received.
|
|
|
|
All
order cancellations must have a return authorization number; all returns
without authorization will be refused. Return authorization number has to be
obtained within 21 days from the date of receipt. No returns will be accepted
after 21 days.
|
|
|
|
Half of the box or partial products can not be returned. If
one piece / plank is damaged in the box, entire box need to be returned.
