If for any reason you need to cancel your order with
InternetFloors.com you will need to contact us at 1-888-872-1555 as soon as
possible. Do not email your request; you need to talk to one of our Customer
Service Representatives to obtain authorization number.

CANCELLATIONS

There will be a re-stocking fee of 20% on all cancelled orders.
If the product has already been shipped you will need to make arrangements to
return it to InternetFloors.com.
You will be responsible for the cost of shipping to and from the scheduled
destination. Product must be returned on the skid that it was shipped on and in
the same condition that it was received.
All order cancellations must have a return authorization number; all returns
without authorization will be refused. Return authorization number has to be
obtained within 21 days from the date of receipt. No returns will be accepted
after 21 days.
Half of the box or partial products can not be returned. If one piece / plank
is damaged in the box, entire box need to be returned.
